Thumbs down No-Xplode
I've read quite a few times you can't take No-Xplode w/ Glutamine. In how much of a serving are they talking. Would the 15 grams is get from my 3 ON whey protein shakes a day diminish the effects of No-Xplode? Also, why exactly does glutamine effect this supplement in such a way. Did a search couldn't really come up with anything.

The only thing that I can think of is that it's been suggested not to take creatine and glutamine at the same time because they fight for receptors.
