    Fast vs. slow digesting proteins

    I know that Whey is a fast digesting protein which makes it good for post-w/o and I know that cottage cheese (casein) is a slow digesting protein which makes it good to eat right before bed.

    Where does soy fall and where do egg whites fall?

    Also, has anyone heard of goatein which I just saw at the store today?

    not sure about soy but egg whites are fast. Add the yolks and it becomes slow.
