I like 3 caps pre..but I'm also a fan of the paresthesia. You can try a bunch of different things, find out what you like best really. As long as you get in your 6 caps per day you should be fine.

IntraXCell from Athletic Edge Nutrition (when it gets here)
PWO ON Whey 100% Gold Standard
NOTE: I have never used anything other than Whey in co ordinance w/ my lifting. So this is my first shot at a new supplement.
Lifting Schedule:
Monday: Back/Bis
Tuesday: Chest/Tris
Wednesday: Legs/Abs
Thursday: Back/Bis
Friday: Chest/Tris
Saturday: Legs/Abs
Sunday: Off
No Cardio as I'm on a clean bulk, but I naturally get some from tennis, golfing etc.

Note: I will not be including squats or deadlifts in my pre/post IntraXCell analysis as I just started doing those exercises a week ago. I will, however, be posting my stats for everything as this log progresses.

Overhead Press: 75 x 10
Weighted Dips: +25 x 8
Rope Push-Downs: 150 x 10

Shrugs: 85 x 30
Leg Press: 320 x 15
Squats: 155 x 10 (form is main focus)
Deadlifts: 205 x 6 (form is main focus)

It really doesn't matter but in general people split the dose. The other thing to consider is usually the more BA you take at one time the stronger the tingles.

yes, you will see the directions on the bottle are PIN point accurate. The ONLY reason I would say NOT to take your dosage pre/postWO would be if you find the prickling bothersome during your workout.
Other than that, 3 caps preWO and 3 caps postWO.
Also, if you are going to get the prickling at all, you will certainly get it from 3 caps at a time. If you don't, it's unlikely that 6 caps will bring it on.
