How to make 4-AD spray?

I've noticed that some sites sell pure 4-AD powder (and incourage making into a spray). What kind of alchohol is best for the spray? How much alcohol per mg or 4-AD? Where do I get the type of alcohol (I'm over 21 of course)? And do I need to do anything else to the solution? How well would it absorb in comparison to leading brand transdermals?

If you know a site that has this type of info please post it for me.

I'm also interesting in how to make 4-AD into a nasal spray or how mix it with cyclo powder to get something that works?
