Just recently, i have been getting massive stretchmarks, infact, i got some new ones just TODAY! I will include pics...not just that though, this morning my upper back was looking bigger than usual and had acne all over it, about 4-5 massive zits...
I know, these are damn similar to steroid side effects, but i assure u i have never touched...can there be such a thing as ur natural test levels being too high, and only triggered when u work out? I never used to get zits (don't get em on my face though)...
my workouts are usually between 30-45 minutes, intense (kinda HIT) and involve a lot of power moves such as squats, deads, and cleans (at least once a week)...

Acne huh? You're 20 years old and your just starting puberty? Talk about a late bloomer. J/K bud, listen to BB is 4 life. Vitamin E works great. When i was going through my growth spurt at the beggining of the school year, i got stretch marks on my back, hams, pecs, and on my hips. My doctor told me to use vitamin e. My stretch marks went away within two weeks.
About the acne thing. Go to the store and get some soap called Stride-X soap. It works wonders, cuz' i get acne on my back and a little on my chest.

they suck, what can i say? i dont see why you'd go to a doctor for a few pimples and some strech marks, all you can do is apply some vitamin E oil on them and hope they don't get any worse. as for the pimples, don't quote me on this but i'm pretty sure natural hormone levels (espically in teens) goes up and down greatly sometimes. i mean our bodys are obviously really changing and hormones are at their peak, if it makes you feel better- go to a doctor and ask him why you've suddenly gotten more zits. try using an anti-oil soap or somthing, that could help get rid of oils, personally i have the same problem on my legs, i have a few of those big pimples. and they really do suck, but i accept them and try to apply stuff to my skin to minimize them and make my compection better. good luck, hope this helps

as for zits DONT POP THEM get a niddle clean it and just stab that thing and then get the niddle and push the side of it so all the **** comes out and then get some kind of pad like oxy pads or what ever and use that to dry it out u dont want to pop em cause then it will bleed and scab up and will look worse. as for stretch marks it happends get tan that way u dont notice them as much.

zit!!!!! i hate them, matter of fact i got a big one on my nose, usely dont get them there but like one every 2 month weird huh.........dont pop them at all, if you dont do any thing they will go away with in a week or two, but if you dig at it and try to pop it it will just turn red scab and another pimple may form.........if you pop it with a pin another one may form again.........
You have to love bodybuilding so much that you'll concentrate on a movement with enough intensity to actually convince yourself that the muscle is visibly growing with every repetition. As you pump and squeeze, you can feel it, you can see it, and you don't want to stop.

About the zits, if you pop them straight after your shower when your pores have been opened and cleaned a bit, you wont get a scab. Just squeeze all the **** out then clean it off with some tissue. That way it doesnt leave a scab.
If ya do it whenever you see a zit after your shower your complexion will clear up a whole lot bettaRegards,
