I have a job where I have to stand and sway back and forth for 7+ hours, and at the end of my shift my ankles really hurt.
I've always had problems with my ankles (I used to be a triple jumper and I messed up my ankles pretty badly back then), but the problem went away for a while and it's coming back now.

I've bought some gel inserts for my shoes and that seems to be helping a little bit, but should I be doing anything else? Advice?
