Yesterday me and my friends got into a conversation about bodybuilding and I was telling them my routine and cutting diet etc. We then started talking about protein powders and protein bars like what brands were using and when. But when I told them I'm using creatine there like no man don't do that **** it's bad for your liver and it's dangerous. Then my other friend says it's not dangerous if you know how to use it. Another friend replies with you should just be natural and not take that. My gym teacher has also told me that they are discovering many side effects from creatine but I keep telling him there's not.
What do you think about this?

I think this thread is dumb. You're basically asking what do we all think about the fact that your friends and gym teacher are against the use of creatine and possibly a little misinformed. Maybe they're not though. Creatine hasn't been around long enough for any long term studies of it's side effects etc.
I should very much like to throw my glass at you sir but I shant for I fear that I will spill an ounce of more of my beer and that would sadly defeat the purpose of revenge because I will have suffed the loss of but one ounce of my precious firewater.

it all depends on the quality of the creatine sum creatine can b like 50% creatine an 50% other random junk they spliced it with !!!
this is the stuff that can mess with your liver 100% creatine isnt gonna hurt ya i got this info off a nurse while i was in hospital

Gym teachers don't know much, other than how to do a few pushups and run a mile. I've yet to have a gym teacher that was even in shape.
But a true champion, face to face with his darkest hour, will do whatever it takes to rise above. A man fights, and fights, and then fights some more. Because surrender is death, and death is for pussies.

how many times have I heard to call a thread dumb. Pack your bags son, if you don't like it then hit the road.
I love it how the egos seep onto these boards. How old are you? If you're younger than me, and I'm guessing you are, I'd be really interested to know how you could be my daddy.
