    Best Pre-Workout Supplement?

    Need help...I workout at around 6:30am, what's the best thing to take before an early morning workout?

    Any of the above + whey and oats if you wake up at least 30 min before your workout. I have used all of these except for Bodyoctane and Scortch. I guess I am missing out.

    Just jokin I personally like to use ECY occasionally for the buzz and focus it gives me. But I think most will agree that you shouldnt use this too often or become dependent on it. So my favorite would have to be 500mg taurine before a session as it gives me crazy pumps. Especially with creatine. (ive tried 1g taurine for a bit and it gave me the same results pumpwise so i stick to 500mg its cheaper lol)

    I'm a stimulant junkie. It should be fine if you take it when yout first wake up, prior to exercise. I normally take thermos 30min prior to meals and/or exercise.
