Just jokin I personally like to use ECY occasionally for the buzz and focus it gives me. But I think most will agree that you shouldnt use this too often or become dependent on it. So my favorite would have to be 500mg taurine before a session as it gives me crazy pumps. Especially with creatine. (ive tried 1g taurine for a bit and it gave me the same results pumpwise so i stick to 500mg its cheaper lol)
