    I believe that they're worth a try sometime, but I would recommend ON/Dymatize Elite Whey + Creatine Monohydrate first if your supplement experience is limited. These type of products are more like plateau busters IMO.

    i wouldn't reccomend them for their price....their claims tend to be outrageous - i have taken both and i didn't feel they provided any benefit that you wouldn't get from ON Whey or Pro Lab creatine which would cost a lot less (those brands are just an example) - also they tasted much worse then any other protein/creatine i have tried
