Yeah for me
I am so proud of myself that I need to share this with you other females. I squatted 210lbs yesterday for my regular routine 4x8. The guys were cheering me on. Sorry to have a big head but to me that is accomplishment when I only weigh 115lb.

Yeah for you too. Congrats! The girl I workout with just did 250 on the hipsled today for the first time so I was quite proud of her too.

Iam 5ft even 34-27-34.5. I am currently trying to bulk but during on season weigh about 108-110. Not sure what my max bench is I did lift 110lbs this week. It always seems to be no spotters when I want to see what my max is. The gym has become very slow I am usually the only one working out at 6pm. Maybe I will see if my husband can come in to spot me just to see.
