best cardio to burn fat from your butt?

OK, personally I have shown amazing results with just running, but what cardio is best to burn fat from your butt area? Is stair climber better for that area? Or walking up hill?

    Thanks

You can't spot reduce fat. Sorry.

You can however do cardio and cutting to lose fat in general.
Keep an open mind, but not so open that your brain falls out.

LoL......yea I carry a lot of ass fat too. It sucks. Comfortable to sit on, though.
In 1945, Adolf Hilter died and went to Hell. Satan asked, "why are you in Hell?" He replied, "I am responsible for the massacre of millions" Satan said, "well done, sit to the right of my throne." In 1953, Joseph Stalin died and went to Hell. Satan asked, "why are you in Hell?" He replied "I killed millions to stay in power" Satan said "good, sit to my left" 2010, Ronnie James Dio died and went to Hell, Satan asked, "why are you in Hell?" Dio replied, "Bitch, get the fuk off my throne!"

This is some funny ****. Well I wish I could help, but I am black, so my ass stays naturally muscled up. No matter how big it is getting.

Correct on no spot reduction. I have seen on the eliptical machines though that at a high ramp and I believe a forward motion works the butt and probably firms it up so that way when you do eventually lose the OVERALL bodyfat percentage it will be noticed on the butt.

Though "science" currently tells us we can't spot reduce, I believe we can to some extent.

Regardless, you are lucky in that the exercises that would spot reduce your ass are also the ones that will burn the most overall calories.

Try the stepper using a full range of motion.

I don't beleive that to be spot reduction. I'd say that its a case of building the muscles underdeath the fat and when the overall fat is lot, they are well developed.

Running is very good for overall fat loss. Steppers are also good but are stationary bikes worth anything?

many people with knee problems prefer the stationary bike, but if at all possible, RUN. nothing better for overall calorie expenditure/cardiovascular health.

    the best aerobic exercise

The one you'll do! Although we can 'spot build' we can't spot lose---if we could, people who chew gum would have skinny faces! Bodyfat is systemic, can only be lost over all the body [but if that's where most of it is, that's where most of it will come from...] A proper aerobic exercise 1 uses large muscles 2 is of low intensity 3 lasts for a long time....I used both the stationary bike and the concept 2 rowing machine for an hour a day--and it worked.

Fat comes off the last where it goes on first. No such thing as spot reduction. Personally I think that genetics plays part in this also. My father and brothers have big bellies and when I bulk that is the first place the fat goes and last it comes from. Thanks dad !!!
If at first you don't succeed, take 5 pounds off and try again...
