I will be running a 4 week cycle of MyoChem's Myo MOHN/MDIEN supplement. I will be taking 4 capsules a day, for a total of 16mg MOHN per day/8mg MDIEN per day. This will be taken in two divided doses, 1 morning, 1 evening. The only other supplements I will be using will be 1 gram of AST NAC per day, and 5 grams of NOW Vitamin C per day, and Designer Whey protein shakes.

I will be following a 3 times a week routine, focusing on the heavier compound lifts. The first week of workouts will establish a baseline. Weeks 2-5 will move into progressively heavier lifts. The supplement will be used during weeks 2-5. I'm going to be using this supplement in the middle of an already in progress routine, weeks 4 & 5 will feature a drop in reps and increase in poundage.
I will take measurements at the beginning of week 1 and end of week 5, and weigh myself weekly.

I can't say that I'm not interested in seeing the results. I've always been leary of products blends...have you ever used anything from Myochem before??
Dosen't m4ohn take like three weeks to kick in??People learn something every day, and a lot of times it's that what they learned the day before was wrong.

Whoops, forgot to include it in the write-up above. For PCT I'll be using nolvadex @ 40mgs/ed weeks 1&2, 20mgs/ed weeks 3&4. I'll also be running 6 caps of 6oxo a day for the first 3 weeks. 6 caps of NOW Silymarin a day (milkthistle) as well, for 3 weeks.

Rolling Thunder 75x1*, 100x1*, 135x0* (Cleared 135 last week, must have been burned out after the clean/dl/shrug work)
Thick Dumbbell Hammer Curls 25sx12 (just for some extra grip work)

Overall I was pretty pleased with this workout. I almost cleared 2 more power cleans with 185, but I wasn't able to hold them in the finished position, so I just recorded it as 2. I just started dead lifting again 3 weeks ago, so 335x5 wasn't bad. It's all grip that's holding me back, I maxed out my squat last Friday at 475lbs (just an inch or so above parallel), so I know I have plenty of strength, just need to build the grip more.
WTF is Rolling Thunder?
I've attached a picture of the Rolling Thunder for people who aren't familiar with what it is. It's a grip training tool available from Iron Mind Enterprises. You load up the pin with however much weight you want to use, then try to pick the thing up. Problem is, is that the handle is 2.5" across and can freely rotate. Captains of Crush gripper work: Closed trainer gripper 12 times each hand.
Almost closed level 1 a few times with each hand.
Equipment Explanation
The Apollon Axle is available from Iron Mind Enterprises, it's a bar with a 2" across grip. The Captains of Crush trainer gripper takes 100 lbs to close, the level 1 takes 140.
Overall I was semi-satisfied today. I've been stuck at 275x5 for the last 3 weeks, barely able to make the last rep. I'm going to try for 280 next week, hopefully I'll be able to get all the reps. Really hoping the MOHN/MDIEN helps me push through that barrrier. In case anyone is wondering, last time I maxed out (2 months ago) I cleared 315. Over the next two weeks I hope to be able to clear 185x5 in the standing military press before I go to seated. My gains are really starting to slow down right now, but I'm going to keep forging ahead. First impression of product...
As a consumer, outside of getting a COA on the materials in the bottle, there are only a few things you can do to test the overall quality of the presentation, namely checking up on the basics.
I just recieved the product in the mail. The bottles were sealed with a shrink-wrap type band, and the labeling was clear and attached straight. Each bottle contained 60 capsules (I bought 2 bottles), and all pills were intact. There was no extra powder residue inside either of the containers. The capsules were fairly firm, ie they didn't fall apart in my hand or open up with light tampering.
Overall, a great presentation for a startup company. I'm happy to see that the pill count was correct, nothing was broken, and there was no extra powder in either bottle.
Although not a huge issue for many people, I liked that the bottles were basically exactly big enough to hold the pills. I hate getting those huge bottles that are only 1/4-1/2 full of product, and the rest being air. I feel cheated. I like opening up a bottle and having it totally full. The bottles were correctly sized for the product. I know, trivial, but it's kind of a pet peeve.
I attached pictures of the bottles and labeling, and a picture of one of the capsules next to a penny for size comparison. They're the standard sized type capsules, not super huge or anything.

Not a bad workout. 455x5 was my best set of squats ever. Since I don't compete powerlifting anymore, I haven't been breaking parallel, I set the pins in my power rack to where the bar would hit parallel for me, and lightly touch the bar on each rep. Interesting though, because I squatted 475x1 last week. I'm definately going to go into the 500lbs zone once I start this cycle, I can feel it.
Had a free sample of Instone LeanFire that I took before the workout. I lift at 10pm-11pm, depending on when me and my lifting partner are out of work. Those things really got me awake, up and going. Might actually get a bottle... A little bit pricey but they don't make me edgy like other similar supplements do.

4. My advice for your cycle, do the 4 weeks as you are, maybe buy some MOHN solo and run 20mg ED for an extra 4 weeks. You could also ass 20-30mg M5AA in the last 2 weeks for some nice strength + hardness.

Workout #4: 11-8-04 (Myo MOHN/MDIEN Week 1)
Today I woke up and weighed in at 216.
Chins 10, 2
Power Cleans 135x5, 155x3, 185x3
Dead Lifts 225x1, 255x1, 315x1, 365x3 (pretty warmed up from the cleans)
Shrugs 135x5, 225x5, 275x2 (thought I'd get more)
Rolling Thunder 75x1, 100x1, 135x0, 125x0, 125x1
Not bad, since my target reps for cleans and dead lifts is 3 now instead of 5 (new phase of training). 365x3 is my best dead lift ever, last time I maxed out, which was a long time ago, I got 385. Now, this was when I was power lifting back in 2001. Stupidly put training on the back burner for way too long.
My grip was still failing on the dead lift though, almost falling out of my hands when I was putting the weight down. I might try the same weight again next week, or only go up a little depending on how my grip feels. I feel like I've got plenty of pull, it's just the grip.
I did get 135 with the rolling thunder a few weeks ago, maybe it was just a really good day because I only got 125 with my left hand today. That's ok, I'm switching to anvil lifts next week. I prefer to view it as finding an area of opportunity for strength gains instead of looking at it as finding a weakness. I know if I can get my grip strength up I'll be able to lift heavier weights, which will make me bigger. Gotta keep a focus on the positive.
Shrugs failed out not because of grip, but because of pull. I could have gotten a few more crappy ones, but I refuse to do "Wus Man" shrugs. Wus Man Shrugs are done by the guy who gets in the power rack, puts 900lbs on the bar, and moves it 1/1000th of an inch. I refuse to be that guy. Full shrugs or nothing for me.
First day of MyoChem Myo MOHN/MDIEN. Nothing special to report, it's only the first day. I'll keep you all informed of any changes in energy level, hunger, libido, etc. Hopefully it increases my hunger because eating enough is usually the hardest thing for me to do. Really want to see some nice strength gains out of this cycle, geting enough food in the blast furnace is the key.
