tell me about it. It concerns me but what am i going to do about it.
I was heavy my whole life up until after high school, so I've always been this way since I lost the weight. Plus Anxiety runs in my family. I just feel bad for my family when i get moody when i miss a work out or eat something like a donut. Oh wellwww.ca-mustangs.com

remember the feeling u had after u ate them and keep that in ur mind.. next time u see some doughnuts.. think about eating ur next meal.. and that feeling u had afterwards and how upset u were.. believe me it will be 100x harder to pick it up..
i just imagine my next meal and think how much better it will be/taste compared to those little devil filled foods

I do that even with cheat meals. Go to a really nice restaurant, have a good meal and some wine (usually i don't overdo it and have something 'reasonable' anyway just because that's the type of food I like). Then I look at the deserts and think, Hmm I'd prefer my CC concoction.
I just go and buy fresh blueberries instead of eating frozen ones as the special treat.
Of course sometimes they have a desert that I really want, but that is rare.

This is my mentality, the negatives out weigh the positives of cheating.
It may be like heaven while cheating, but once I am done, I feel really bad and am depressed about it for a few days. Its not worth it!
I do enjoy making unhealthy things for other people though, Like s'mores the other day, and maybe a cake for my mom and brother today. Being around food like that and preparing it requires a lot of self control.Motivation/Dedication/Time=Results
