That is a lot of muscle! Just keep in mind, even if you don't gain that much, you can drastically change the physique you have. I personally have always been skinny, but through good training, I was able to really change my shape. For 3 years I did not gain any net weight but I looked SOOOO different. This past year, I worked super hard and added 4 pounds of muscle....I now compete at 122 instead of 118 and actually according to my trainer I have put on enough size. My goal is to stay balanced and symmetrical so now that I have the size I need, I will just continue to complete and hone what I have
And if you are looking to build muscle, absolutely take a cheat once per week! Try to make it a meal and not a day and eat something with some value---not empty calories. I like pizza, Outback steaks, Chipotle, etc. And sorry, I would not choose alchohol. It is fine to have a drink once in a while but if you are gonna cheat, might as well make it somewhat worthwhile for your body, even if it isn't totally clean :P
