    PLEASE review this training routine

    hey this is my workout routine.... is it ok?

    Monday
    Chest
    machine bench-3x12reps
    dumbbell bench press-3x12reps
    incline bench press-3x 12 reps

    Back
    Wide grip pull down- 3x12 reps
    Narrow grip pull down-3x12 reps
    one arm row back-3x12 reps

    Wednesday-
    Biceps
    dumbbell hammer curls- 3x12reps
    barbell curl-3x12 reps
    seated dumbbell curl- 3x12 reps

    Triceps
    bench dips- 3x12reps
    bent over two arm dumbell- 3x12reps
    seated triceps press- 3x12 reps

    Shoulders
    miliatary press- 3x12 reps
    front dumbbell raise-3x12reps
    lateral raise- 3x12 reps

    Thursday
    calves raises-3x12
    dumbell lunges-3x12
    leg curl-3x12

    other questions are:.... when should i do my cardio... same day as my workout... or different day..... if same day.... after or before my workout
    and abs too.... how many times a week..
    im 16, 140 pounds
    trying to tone body

    its a good routine!

    But i would recommend doing squats on thursdays. its a really good exercise.
    How long have you been working out?!

    you should do the cardio after the workout. like 15-20 min on the bike.
    And abs.... you can do them everyday when in the gym, but... dont do the same ab workout every day. different ab workout hits different parts of the abs.
    so on mondays you could focus more one the rectus abdominis and on thursdays the obliques.
