Thinking about this 3 week then cut thing or 6 week bulk and 2 week cut thing
I'm planing on taking this approach next time and I am gathering information about it. Mainly, I want to get different approaches to doing this and a little more of an understanding of how it is done. Such as do you keep the same calories the 4 week or 7 and 8 weeks and just add cardio to help get off some of the BF. And when you start out do you immediatly jump up to desired amount of calories such as 3500 from 2500, etc. or do you continue to do what I learned and simply add about 200-300 calories right away and then 100-200 after that? Basically I'm looking for how some of you guys have gone about this.
Well, let me see young man. I was thinking of doing it myself on the lines of gradually working my way up and simply adding 45 minutes of low intensity cardio when you cut.
Now, what I do, is a combination of Max-ot and the Cut Diet. For the bulk weeks simply follow along with Max-Ot principles and then for the cut week Follow those principles.
