    Hey man, I don't want my post to sound as negative as the others, but they are right, you need more calories, if only to maintain your muscle mass, try looking for a calorie calculator, I know www.muscletech.com has one, I think this site does, and www.******************. To give you an example, for my bodyweight of 265 Im trying to get 3300cal a day to LOSE weight and gain muscle, now that would be high for you but you get the idea, good luck with your Lipo6x, I want to know how it works! I think the original Lipo6 rocks

    it seems the amount of protein isnt a problem but im aiming
    higher then the suggested amount from the muscletech site which
    is around 195g. being of my age im not the one in charge of what
    foods are in the house . the past few days have just been difficult
    cause my graduation party is tomorrow *sunday*, so im assuming
    once thats over ill be able to find much better foods to eat.

    you need to speed up time and finish this log. Im looking to get either lipo 6 or this. Probly stick with lipo 6 since its alot cheaper. But if its any better ill get the newer version. Keep it up.

    OMG thats like one of the worst ways to ever be on a cut? Dont waste your money on Lipo6x if you're going to continue on this. Probably wasting money. Change your diet. No breakfast from 730 to 10? Just 2 Lipo6x? annd you work out 15 min after a feeding? My my... Your concepts are all haywire!
    Post workout no meals? Just 2 lipo6x again?
    No more food after 3pm?

    I just started taking lipo 6x about 5 days ago. I have been eating roughly 1500-1900 cal a day (30fat, 30carb, 40 prot) i have been doing cardio 3 days a week and lifting 4 days a week. So far i have lost about 2lbs. But alot more fat. You do need to eat more, i made the same mistake as you only eating about 1000 cals a day when i first started. The Energy you are getting from Lipo will wear off and you will need to start eating more to get that energy back.

    I bought lipo 6x 4 days ago. So far after I take the first 2 pills in the morning I get an excellent energy boost and I have to actually FORCE breakfast down. The down side though, I'm not 100% if it?s the pills or the vaccination I got 3 days ago, but my regular 30 minute cardio run has just been horrible. Though I'm going to take the lipo 6x for another 2 weeks just incase it?s the vaccination doing. I'd recommend the lipo 6x pills for 3 reasons:
    1. My appetite was definitely suppressed
    2. I have more energy
    3. The pills look cool:-P (lol)

    Yes the pills really do look cool. I know what you mean by forcing food down, ill get home from work and enter my fit day and only see i have eaten 1200 cals and get mad i have to eat again. Start eating smaller meals and space them out more. I used to do the same thing you are doing about 5 months ago. Eating only once a day maybe 2 times. But when you do that your body stores ALL the fat and doesnt burn it off as energy because you body doesnt know when its next meal is coming so it just stores everything. your best bet if your having trouble eating is instead of eating 3 large meals that you cant finish, have 6 small meals that you can finish. Good luck man, Lipo 6x is good, ive noticed a change after just 6 days now.

    Fruit Salad , (if that doesn't cut it then I have 1/2 or the whole veggie burger wrap)

    Then 4:00pm-6:00 is cardio/weight training time

    5. (7:00pm) Dinner:Varies, usually 2 egg whites on a piece of toast with a side of vegetables.

    6. (8:00pm): Protein Shake

    Then its sleepy time at 12am. (in the summer) :-)

    I'm not sure how many calories that is in total since I haven't yet bothered counting... You think thats enough food? Is it about as much as you were eating?

    I don't know if u read the label, but each pill has 100mg caffeine.. I'd not recommend taking more then 3 pills. 400mg of caffeine is even to much for a full grown adult man. Though Its up to u, I'd rather not have added health problems later..

    this is better but you make sure that toast is whole grain..try to get some carbs in right before your workout and make sure you eat a lot after the workout..2 egg whites? you should be having like 8 egg whites..gotta get big kid
