I'm not trying to call anyone out that has injured their lower back etc, but how do you round your lower back?
I've sat here for 10 minutes bending over and so on and for the life of me I really can't figure out how you round your lower back. I can round my upper back easily but my lower back stays arched/straight no matter what angle I move at.
I realize this is probaly a good thing since rounded lower back is dangerous but am I missing something here or just lacking the flexibility to round my lower back lol?
This is just an experiment since every once in a while I check my form in mirrors and when people say rounding your lower back on deadlifting is dangerous I really can't figure out how you do it (all I can round is my mid back and upper back)

Try doing stiff-legged deadlifts with a heavy weight but use your back while doing them. Be careful!
