can mixing creatine or NO (for me cellmass or noexplode) with seltzer or carbonated water alter or diminish the effects of creatine or NO? any kind of chemical reaction between the co2 and the creatine/NO?

its fine, the only reaction that happens is the carbonic acid deteriorates into h2o+co2...which happens regardless of what you add
