Fat nipples

I'm a fairly skinny guy, 5'11'' 160 pounds, i can bench 160.

However i have weird ass nipples that make my chest look disgusting when I show it off. Will this go away with a smaller body fat %? I dont wear tight clothing because of these nasty looking things. However when my nipples harden up a bit I look ripped and all is well with the cosmos.

Anyone have any ideas?

gyno... probably, i have in one nipple so it is worse as it looks uneven... are you on any kind of steroid or HGH?

he's probably right, it is gyno there isn't any real way to get rid of it unless it goes away natural or get surgery. I'm just like you but not that many people notice me too much. That is only because the rest of may chest over shadows it. I have about 9% bodyfat, so I guess if you lower your body fat and increse your muscle a little it might not be as noticeable it works for me for the most part. Only thing people notice about me ARE MY LARGE NIPPLES.But I'm comfortable with what I got because I know I have a great body even with Gyno.

when you gain mass and muscle it wont look as weird. opposite, if youre really big and muscular and you have baby nipples you would look weird. So buff up and it will be ok.

unless they are like deformed.

Hehe, the title made me chuckle. Anyways yea its gyno most likely. Try and see if it goes away on its own. A majority of guys get it some time in their lives.

my friend had this and he got the surgery....doesnt exactly make 100% better. big scars for like a year at least

i got gyno (im 15) but its only in 1 nipple. It comes and goes, not many people notice it and alot of ppl my age get it. I dont think surgery is required for this ****...

Yeah it sound's like gyno dude I got it in both nipples. I went to see a doctor about it when i was about 13 and he said it should go away naturally. Quite a lot of guy's get it during puberty apparantley.

my first girlfriend did it once or twice..nothing i enjoyed. although she was ****ing bad at everything.

I started getting gyno about 14 months ago, and it stopped growing about a year ago. I was left with the hard growths under each nipple and big puffy fat nipples. I was **** at BBing anyway, but then like 4 months ago I gained a noticeable amount of muscle on my chest, which definately tightened up my nipples. Theyre still a bit puffy, but nowhere near as bad. So while cutting or gaining muscle on your chest wont remove the hard gyno that has grown, it may improve the appearence of puffy nipples

99% its gyno. I spent days trying to search up my prob on net b4..never found the problem, one day I stumbled upon a topic on this site and found out quite alot have same prob. I have puffy left nipple, its bloody annoying..then again I looked at the "bad case" of gyno's on the net and felt better, lol.

push behind u nipple, if u feel soft squishy fat deposits its likely to go away as u get shredded, so keep cutting until u have really low bf like 7-10% range. it will usually be gone

IF u feel a hard, round gyno gland, it will shrink as ur overall bf goes down but never completely go away...if u cant get surgery do lots of incline benching, it'll make it less noticeable since ur chest wont peak at the nipple area

it seems like fatty deposites, feels like there's very little muscle behind it.

Gyno is excess breast tissue left over from puberty. Im nearly 20 and have just had it removed on one side.

They cut on the line of your nipple and skin and peel it back to remove it. Its ****ing sore the next few days but now the swelling has gone done its looking great. No puffy, fat looking nipple.

Getting the other one done in a week or so, ready for summer

i got a "sucutaneous mastectomy" almost 2 weeks ago and have been having good results so far. since he just removed gland, not fat, my surgeon convinced the insurance company it wasn't natural and caused emotional stress and all we had to pay was a $100 co-pay
