absolutely no problem.
you could also take some medium or low gi carbs to give you a constant supply of energy throughout the workout.

i actually reccommend taking bcaa's directly before and/or directly after your workout due to the fact that these types of aminos (rather than those mixed into your protein powder) are absorbed and utilized VERY quickly and effectively with very little waste.

How about if i mix 5g of Creatine with Purple Wraath or X-tend during my wokout? I would drink it within 30-45 min is that to long?
