Hello, This workout?

Hi... i just registered, because i thought it might be nice to belong to a community that might have the answer for some of my questions.
I have been thinking about following this training program http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/mat2.htm since i have no gym or anything close, so i was wondering how often you think i should do the different exercises, or if i should do all of them daily? I am at the moment 16.
Thx

What are you training for ? strength, size, vanity, endurance ?

You can become very flexible, fit, great balance and generally increase your overall body strength without weightlifting.

Since you have no gym close by, i suggest you purchase a bench, squat rack and weights set and put it in your garden or somewhere avalible.

It's not bad for now, but really you shuld buy your own equipment or find a place to work out in the long run. You can only make so much gains with bodyweight, eventually you are going to plateu

Depends I guess, you can just do the whole routine straight through 3-4 times a week, depending on intensity, or you can google bodyweight exercises and split it up by bodypart. For example

Chest
Push-Ups
Incline/Decline Push-Ups
Clapping Push-Ups
One Arm Pushups

And theres alot other options too, just look them up and put a routine together
