    Reducing Muscle Soreness - Sauna or Steam Room

    I've recently changed gyms (old one shut down) and because of this I now can go into a sauna and steam-room post workout. I have about ten minutes before I need to be heading off to school, and I was wondering which, or both, would help at reducing muscle sorenss throughout the day - as I'll be exercising at 7am!

    A lot of times soreness comes from too much volume or intensity too quick. I would watch that. Massages also help a LOT. The sauna and steam room are nice additions in certain cases, but if you are sore all the time, then there are other things to be looked at.
