I've recently changed gyms (old one shut down) and because of this I now can go into a sauna and steam-room post workout. I have about ten minutes before I need to be heading off to school, and I was wondering which, or both, would help at reducing muscle sorenss throughout the day - as I'll be exercising at 7am!
