Hi, I am 22. I spent like 45 min to do cardio. The thing is my blood pressure rises up really quick. I was recommended to make sure it stays at 80% only (168 for me). However, my blood pressure always runs up to 90% (180-185)and I am not even tired. If I stay at 80% blood pressure, I can do cardio for 2 hrs and not even sweated. So how do you recommend me? Should I ignore that blood pressure reading from the machine (must be accurated)? Or should I just go for my feeling? Thanks.
