hi,
just wondering what day a week do you guys cheat?
FRI, SAT, SUN, or during the week? many guys cheat on sunday, why is that? doesn't it make more sense to cheat during the week when you burn more calories?

cheat
I am not saying that it might not work..everyone has a different body type. All I am saying is if you are going to be healthy THEN EAT HEALTHY!! Don't fool your self buy eating that Burger King Burger and Fries every week. When I see someone do that..I think to my self they really are not healthy..they just want to lose weight...they could care less about what the bofdy looks like inside..and care more about it on the outside...thats what i call weak.

Do you understand why there are so many people that are overweight? It is hard to have the willpower to lose. Cheat days can be benifical in helping some get a grip on their diet. Your above post said it all. Kudos to you for having the willpower to eat right, lose weight and feel confident. But some of us don't. We are not weak minded. This thread was started to find out what days people cheat. Not for you to add a bull**** flame post like you just did. You like to say bull**** on other threads and that's fine. Just don't bring it to this thread and others like it. And once again, think before you post. Luke disagrees with cheat days to some extent, but you don't see him calling our names out of pocket like you just did.

cheat
I too cheat..but I do it once a month...i used to weigh 216 lbs..i was a fat bastard..no joke. I weigh 150 lbs. now...9% BF and I am a personal trainer. I am not looking down on anyone..and I apoligize if I hurt anyone's feelings. But I feel that if you throw the truth and not BS someone..you get results. That's how I did it..and thats how my clients remain healthy fit individuals. Sorry but I am from the bootcamp type of background.

Well, i can't speak for every one, but your post offened me. Your tatics may work for your clients, but they don't fly too well on this board or for me. But i don't want this to turn into a back and forth session between you and i. So i'm dropping it. Apology acknowledged. Peace.

ANYWAYS!!! Back to cheating...
I cheat roughly twice per week now that it's summer. But the cheating is only alcohol, not food. I follow a strict diet during the entire day, and will have a little something to drink that night with my friends, usually twice per week..but I think I'm going to quit for awhile. It's not messing me up, I just hate the drowsy feeling it's been giving me lately.
Rest Day?!...Never heard of it.

Im just trying to figure out why we always have to go through this "You shouldnt cheat" ordeal...
I think its VERY narrow minded (and a bit uneducated) to think that its implausible for someone to be lean and have a cheat meal once a week..
Cheating is not for the body.. its for the MIND...Anxed

Usually A Weekend...
My cheat day is on Sunday or Monday. Although it is not really a cheat day, it is really just a cheat meal with a desert! I do not make it a point to have my cheat meal though...if I miss it than oh well.
