    Amino acids good with BCAA's?

Would taking amino acids with BCAA's be overkill? Would it be okay taking them both if I lower the dosage of each?

    Cheers for any help.

EAA And BCAA make up Amino Acids. They are both Amino Acids. One needs to be supplemented becasue of lack in the daily diet. The other's come in during the day in food. you can supp with either one though. At the same time or at different times.

No not the same thing, and not EAA's. It's a kind of amino acid concentrate, and it ccontains BCAA's, although not in such amounts as the BCAA supplement.

EAA's and BCAA's dont make up all the amino acids. They make up 15 out of 20, I'm not going to bother listing the one's that aren't either. Go look them up yourself.

No, I'm saying that amino acid supplements and BCAA supplements aren't the same thing.

Gotta watch your arginine intake. Too much of it and you'll get light headed, upset stomach, etc.

Your first question was essentially about taking amino acids with amino acids. You can understand why people might not understand what you are asking. I understand you have BCAA's and an additional amino acid concentrate (with all the amino acids in it I assume). Without knowing the exact ratios in the amino acid mix, you might want to take a little bit less of the BCAA's per serving just because all of a serving may not be necessary(save money). Remember the proven ratio for BCAA's is 2:1:1 (leucine:Valine:Isoleucine) and I assume your BCAA's are divided up this way and your amino acid mix may not be.
