Help !!!!!!
I'm training my ass off, trying to get ripped !!!!!
I do 5 weight sessions a week, with 4-5 cardio sessions.
My average daily in take of food is around 220g protein, 100g carbs, 1600cls.
Since the start of May i've been reducing my cals from 2500, down to 1600.
I've been lossing some weight, but i just can't see any changes.
I've now just started on BSN's Thermonex.
Any advice to help find my six pack would be VERY welcome !!!!
