Help !!!!!!

I'm training my ass off, trying to get ripped !!!!!
I do 5 weight sessions a week, with 4-5 cardio sessions.
My average daily in take of food is around 220g protein, 100g carbs, 1600cls.

Since the start of May i've been reducing my cals from 2500, down to 1600.
I've been lossing some weight, but i just can't see any changes.
I've now just started on BSN's Thermonex.

Any advice to help find my six pack would be VERY welcome !!!!

You really need to increase your calories.
1600 is way to low.

You aren't eating enough and your metabolism is grinding to a halt. I'd recommend eating maintenance calories for at least a week spread out over 6-7 meals throughout the day in order to get our metabolism back to normal. Then, gradually decrease the calories and try to lose 1-2 lbs per week.
