Current Supplement Regimen

Hey ya'll, these are the currents supplements I'm using. What would ya'll suggest I try besides what I'm currently using. I'm trying to bulk up for the winter. Thanks.

bump the shakes up to 3 a day, am, post workout, bed time(casein)
Either get a cell volumizer like Xplode or a CEE creatine(thermolifes Cre2)
or if you stay with regular mono buy some ribose poweder, taurine and r-ala, that will help it
get some vitamin c and some fish oil, zma may also help you

Supp Stack

I figured I'd make another original post about stacks. Just running it by everyone to get a feel for what they think.

Currently coming back from about 6 weeks off (college just started). So I'm just running this by. I don't have exact brands on some of the generic items yet.

ON 100% Whey
Glutamine
CEE (New to me, Creat Mono works great with me)
AST 32x multi


Later on

Udo's Oil (always order this in the winter)
ProdX dermisize (I want to get my baseline first weeks without this)


Looks pretty basic and classic to me. Any other recommendations on new delevopments from the past 3 months? I'll be running a log whenever I start using ProdX

I'd only suggest flax (liquid) and/or fish oil (capsules). When I bulk, I lift heavy asre weights and joints tend to get sore. Flax seed oil has definately helped with that.
