    Cheap Bulking Foods...

    Starting bulking again soon guys and im preparing a list of cheap bulking foods.i know the usuals,oats,cheese,bread,potatoes,milk, etc etc

    Need some quick,cheap other foods to bump up the calories.

    remembered about 'peanuts' the other day so ill throw a big bag of them into my diet every day

    also,im from northern ireland so please suggest foods that u can only get in the US lol!

    Tuna and Chicken by the bucket load. I often find Natural PB to be more fulfilling than just some normal peanuts, don't know how you feel about that. Don't forget your whey for PWO!

    Almonds, salmon, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, extra virgin olive oil, anything calorie dense and cheap would work, so definitely stick to things like oats,milk,chicken,peanut butter, and as many vegetables as you can afford.
