    LipoXene EF, LipoAssassin & Sesathin log

    Well i am officially a fat f#$k. so the dieting started today. i was happy with my bulking cycle, but in no way could it have been classified as a lean bulk. This bring me to this log. I decided to try the above stack and keep somewhat of a consistant log. I am no professional so be kind. I wont be posting diet every day, but will give an example of what i ate on the first day as an idea of what i am eating. I will be giving my opinion of the supps and also a summary of the results. I wouldnt take them as gospel as i dont have any way to measure bf%. I will be using www.mybodycomp.com even though it is not very accurate and considering i take my own measurements, they may even be out a bit, but would still be able to see some changes in the stats. I thought it may be of interest to some of you. I chucked my stats up today and ended up with a whopping 19.6% bf. i think this may be a little overdramatised and think it is actually more around the 17-18% mark, but who is going to argue with a computer. weight is about 86kg (190lb) and i am about 5'10" tall (give or take).

    I will be lifting 5 days a week and cardio 7 days a week (somewhat milder on the lifting days) Here is how the supp breakdown is looking.

    7:15 am: 2 LipoXene
    8:00 am: Breakfast (SesaThin + multi vitamin)
    10:15 am: 2 LipoAssassin to reduce cravings mid morning
    10:30 am: Protein shake - WPI & Caseinate mix
    12:30 pm: 2 LipoXene to prepare for lunch
    1:00 pm: Lunch (SesaThin)
    3:15 pm: 2 LipoAssassin to reduce the afternoon cravings
    3:30 pm: Fruit
    5:45 pm 2 Lipoxene to prepare for dinner
    6:30 pm Dinner (SesaThin)
    8:30 pm: Workout
    9:30 pm: Protein Shake - WPI
    10:45 pm: 2 LipoAssasssin to reduce the evening cravings & boost thyroid activity
    11:00 pm: Protein Shake - WPI & Caseinate mix (Flax)

    Training regime is a split like this:
    Back and Bi's (twice a week)
    Chest, shoulders & tris (twice a week)
    Legs

    i will be lifting probably 75% of my normal weight at a maximum but increasing the number of reps. on some occassions (and depending on how busy i am at work) the 7 day schedule may be pushed back a day, but i will try and keep it consistant.

    Day 1.
    Started this morning. First thing i noticed is that the lipoxene didnt knock me on my arse straight away (i am very susceptible to the effects of caffeine). This was good as i couldn't handle sitting at a computer all day with that caffeine "anxiety" that some supps give me. Diuretic affects also started at about 11am, with a few toilet trips clocked up before lunch.

    it is fair to say i am a sugar addict (or at least crave sugar a fair bit), however I noticed a fairly reduced appetite by about 2pm) and had no real craving for sugar. my lunch today consisted of a tin of tuna and a tin of smoked mussels. Normally this isnt even an appetiser for me, but found i was content with this meal. Appetite supression was also there for dinner. 1 trimmed tea bone steak half a cob of corn and 2 poached eggs was a struggle to finish.

    i started to feel a little lightheaded, probably due to the caffeine dosage and lack of food, so didnt do cardio tonight. I thought i would take it easy and wait for tomorrow for my first session.

    first night update.

    well its 8:55 and i am very edgy. the caffeine is definitely in effect and i feel the ceffeine anxiety that i am normally susceptible too. is there anything to counteract this effect? would codeine be safe?

    i am also skipping tonights dose of lipoassassin in fear that it may amplify this reaction.

    The only thing I can think of in regards to SesaThin is to take it with your three largest carb meals, or crappy/fatty foods and breakfast. Breakfast is ideal due to your high(er) cortisol levels.

    Just curious, since your going from a bulk to a cut. How will you determine if the supps are helping you lose bodyfat as opposed to the change in diet and addition of cardio?

    sawastea, thats what i have been doing. the schedule is not a permanent fixing, but more of a guide. sesathin wills allways be taken with breakfast and dinner (dinner is usually my highest carb meal). the lunch time one will vary.

    Rippd, i officially finished my bulk about 3 weeks ago. I started to introduce a lower calory diet from then to stabilise my eating patterns. like i said, it isnt a scientific study, however, i have tried to be as consistant as possible.

    Day 2 - morning
    The edginess stopped at about 1:30am last night. I found that upping my allready high water intake helped calm me down a bit and i surprisingly slept ok. i suggest that if you are sensitive to caffeine that you maybe pyramid the doses up to the maximum rather than go whole hog. i took 2 lipoxene this morning and will take 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner. if i am ok tonight. i will up it tomorrow to 2/2/1 and so on.

    i should also add that Ive felt like ive had a higher temperature. ie, goosbumps, felt cold and slight shivers. i didnt benchmark my temperature so cant see if this is a thermo response or just the high doses of caffeine.

    its is day 2 lunch and cravings still very low. i havent eaten much, but am not hungry at all. i forced myself to have a few jelly beans before as i felt my bsl was a little low.

    ive got some q's for eric or seth. i am a little concerned. even after halving the doses of lipoxene. i still feel slightly nauseous. this is common for me while using thermo's. ephadrine did this and i even had it for a couple of days while trying the xenadrine efx. my question is is this common and will it stop? i will probably maintain the lower dose and if it hasnt stopped by thursday will consider stopping the lipoxene and doing the lipoassassin's on there own. id like to hear some feedback from the lg guys or maybe even beast or others who have tried the stack.

    That is a weird side effect and I think you need to watch it closely. You might have some slight allergic reaction because of the reaction the ephedra. Most likely it is something else like the caffeine though since that is the common denominator.

    thanks for the reply eric. feeling a lot better today. no nausea yet. i think it is just the high doses off caffeine. i will maintain the lower dose today and then bump it up tomorrow.

    i weighed in this morning to see how much water i have shed. i came in at 84.5kg. it is safe to assume that any weight i lose from now on is most likely fat than water.

    i did a very light cardio session yesterday, even though my body felt like it had run a marathon.

    I am currently on the same stack as you. I have been on the stack for nine days now. I am at max doses of the lipo EF, lipoassassin, and taking 1/4 teaspoon sesathin 3 times a day with highest carb meals. The only side effect i felt was chest pains and it happened on the first third day when i stupidly decided to jump to the max does of lipo EF and lipoassasin. After reducing and waiting another day or two to max dose i feel fine now. I have am going to weight myself tommorow to see if i have lost any weight. i know i have lost some water weight.
    One question i have is do you get any energy boost from the lipo EF? I did the first two days but now i do not really get any boost at all. I think i just have a high tolerance for caffeine. Damn coffee addiction.

    FYI bro, LipoAssassin is stimulant free, no caffiene in it. So if you have anxiety issues, I would suggest stacking LipoXene and LipoAssassin only til about 4 PM, then just using LipoAssassin after 4 PM

    wardog, yeah thanks for that tip. i was pushing my last dose of lipoxene to 5:30. this may have been too late for me and will rethink this timing. its a learning process. in relation to the assassin. i get a slight buzz from them too for about the first hour. more of a warm fuzzy feeling. is this linked to the increase in thyroid activity?

    oing full on on previous caffeine stack has been safe for me. obviously this stack is more potent than others. which is good.

    magic, my previous caffine stacks have suggested that in order to get the full energy effect you need to take the a dose 30min prior to cardio on an empty stomach.

    Thanks onshow i have been taking the lipo EF 45-30 minutes before meals and the lipoassassin 15 minutes before meals. I will try 30 minutes before cardio though. I am only one 1 day of cardio. i am going to include another session this week though

    Well day 3 is over. still not on full dosages, but will be upping them tomorrow to 2/1/1 for the lipoxene. nausea has stopped. i think it must have been my body rejecting the high caffeine levels.

    i did my first 25min hiit session while on the stack tonight and damn was i stuffed and sweating like an elephant in a sauna. still managed to make it through and then do some leg work (squats, leg press and seated calf raises). I dont seem to have lost any strength yet even though i am dieting pretty hard. but it is still early days.

    appetite suppression is working wonders. and i am struggling to consume anything at the set 2 hour intervals i have set.

    well. all is going well. its been a little over a week now. im on full doses and having no side effects that were initially there. i had the weekend away (as it was the Melbourne Cup weekend down here in Aus and we get a few days off) so didnt train, howver made sure i still did some cardio so i walked at least 45 minutes per day.

    did a weights session yesterday followed by some cardio.

    i am still sweating like an absolute pig while working out which is a good sign. weight is stable from last week and with a little cheating from the diet on sunday (had some fish and chips) i am quite happy with thg results. Visibly i have been told i look like i am firming up around the stomach, which is all good.

    just as a little update.

    training is going well. diet has also been good. (im having a cheat day today. got a bucks party to go to, so can expect a few drinks to be consumed) with my normally very high sugar cravings being reduced greatly. i think its more the lipoassassin that is doing this as i used to get cravings at night and now i take the lipoassassin's then i dont have a desire to eat anything.

    my strength is still pretty high, although i cant fully tell as i have dropped weight and bumped up reps. i have noticed some tightening around the bi's tris and upper chest. people who i see at the gym have noticed im cutting and shed some weight so going well, however i have only dropped about .5 of a kg. this is a good thing as it means i am not losing much muscle, probably due to the high protein intake (180-210g per day) depending on training severity and meals.

    ok, well ive let the log slip a bit. was busy with work and also got a tinge of the flu so had to stop the supps for a day and a half (doctors orders, its hard to try and relax and get extra sleep when your mega dosing yourself with caffeine). i did keep the protein, glutamine and multi up though and am almost symptom free.

    still seeing some good results from the stack, and with about 2 weeks supply still to go, should have made some noticeable gains.

    well got about a week (maybe a week and a half) supply to go. i am pretty impressed with these supps. i think the sesathin worked well in restricting extra fat depositing and will be even better with higher calories, like when bulking)

    i was shocked today when i put my belt on and realised there were not enough buttons to do it up. i didnt think i lost that much around the waist. ill be interested to get the final measurements and see the stats.

    Have you considered adding some Glutamine to your supp-regimen? I am also cutting and I find it to have helped immensely on recovery and immune-boosting.

    i am on glutamine as well. am taking 20gms pwo only. when i got sick i also took 5gms in the morning and 5gms at night for about 3 days. i found this helped support the immune system.

    wow. 35 days (or something like that) has come and gone and the official cutting period is over. i think i did well. the last 2 weeks were a bit of a struggle on the diet and carbs did sneak a little higher than i expected, howver i think the sesathin did its work in preventing fat storage. my end stats are:

    weight is about 84.5kg (this amazed me) visually i should be less and especially since i dieted. the only thing is i must have lost little lbm. most likely due to the high protein and glutamine intake.

    bf% according to bf monitor is 17.5% i think (reduction of about 2.1%) i think this is bull**** though. realistically i think i am now around 14-15%. starting to see upper ab shape when tensing. geez i must sound like a fat bastard. haha.

    all in all. its the best cutting stack ive doen so far and recommend it to all people who dont have access to eca (ie, all u aussies)

    id like to do another cycle, but stack it a little differently and do 5 days on 2 days off only cause i felt the appetitie suppresing effects lacked a bit toward the last 2 weeks. most likely due to me getting used to the stack.

    biggest noticeable difference apart from the abs has been upper chest and bis. im starting to get some good definition and tightening up. i will most likely do another stack after im done trying the Aussie version of dermasize.

    no probs. as i said at the start. not a too full on review. just your average gym joe trying some stuff out. diet was good. could have been great towards the end, but as i said im happy with the results so wouldnt change much next cycle apart from the dosages.
