here are some pics of me ive not been working out much for the past year so i decided that i am finally going to be gung ho about and hit it hard i know my chest is a bit lagging and i need to work on the midsection but overall how do you thing that i look?

Awesome mass, as you stated chest is lagging. i can only imagine what your back looks like, but judging by your lat width I'm sure it's going great.

It looks like you lost some size and fat at the sime time. Get in the gym and put the size back on without the fat.

yeah thase pics were taken about a year ago, since then i have maybe been working out once a week if i am lucky that is why i have lost some, for some reason for the past year i have just felt burnt out on lifting but i knew i didnt want to get too fat so i was trrying to go once a week, but know i seem to have gotten the passion back and plan to hit it hard.
