is it okay to eat raw fish (sashimi 5-6 times a week) usually salmon or tuna
usually i drink 2 liters of water per day, but at dinner i feel like really blouted and i am not hungry at all - should i reduce the water. ?!?
i am taking 4 meals per day
7:00 /12:00,/ 18:00 - when is the right time to put the fourth one ?!?! in the morning or afternoon.
*neither cutting, nor bulking- maintainace only

It sounds okay to me, but since I do not eat it I can't say for sure. Sorry, I just don't know.
If you are getting enough water in elsewhere during the day then sure, you can taper it off towards the end of the day. Another good thing about doing this is it may keep you from waking up a bunch of times during the night to go the bathroom.
Probably in between 12:00 and 18:00, I guess around 15:00.
Why not add two more meals instead of one? I don't think it's necessary, but you might find it better. For example:
7:00 / 10:00 / 12:00 / 15:00 / 18:00

Answer: sure, sushi is fine as long as it is fresh & comes from a trusted source.

Answer: No, don't reduce the spread it around differently so u won't b drinking so much b4 dinner, like shift some 2 after dinner or very early in the day.

Answer: I think u should have a bedtime meal, make that the 4th one.
