    benefits of fitness/exercise ball?

    does anyone know the benefits of fitness ball?
    I heard some people say its good for core, some tv ads said it can reduce fat around stomach....
    what does it do?

    only thing on this planet that can reduce fat around the stomach is lipposuction, or a good diet/cardio program.
    The balls are good especially for beginners, they do help u with core strength. Doing something as simple as holding a dumbell over your head whilst sitting on one is helping your core, as to stay on the ball without falling over your abs and obliques have to straighten u up and balance you out, u can even do dumbell bench press off them.

    I think physo balls are great for anyone(not just begginers). Core stabilaztion is a great way to strenghten your abs IMO.
