Due to other things going on, this week I trained legs and back on the same day on Sunday and today. I do around 15 sets for legs and 12 for back. I also train them in seperate workouts.
Many say that it is too much to train legs and back on the same day. The gains keep coming and I'm not on the juice. Anyone else find that this isn't a problem?

The two biggest muscle groups in your body.. what do you think. Not to mention you'll be doing push/pull on the same day.
The only time you'll ever see 'success' before 'work' is in the dictionary
OGZERS, it's been 3 hours and 6 minutes since my last meal, teh biceptz are going catabawlick!!!!
Bodybuilding is simple, not easy..

If it's not a problem, don't change anything until it becomes one but for most, yes, legs and back on the same day would be overkill. Back and Legs should be the focal point of your routines for gaining mass and doing both in one day might hinder your gains as far as what you could do had they been on separate days.
"To create a good-looking physique, you must create an illusion: it's not about adding as much mass as possible, but about adding mass in the right places." - Christian Thibaudeau
