    Strive's "Target Loading" biceps

Has anyone ever tried this machine before??? I dont have a picture of it yet but it seems to work very well. Its basically a preacher curl setup but the grip is connected to an anchor shaped device. There's three places you can put the weight on, each one represents a different resistance curve. It makes it so you work different muscle fibers when you place the weight on one of the three weight holders.

My gym has a very similar machine made by a different manufacturer.
The highest plate point is a little pointless i find, you dont get a contraction at all. I mostly use the middle one, that allows for the greatest range of resistance. Yeah its ok.

I was very interested in Strive when they came out. They were trying to solve the problem of lost resistance. They didn't succeed. Good try though.
