arent diuretics banned for comps?

if so? when and how do you take a herbal diurectic prior to a show

This clears a lot for me too. I've been looking everywhere trying to see if stuff like Hydrazide from muscletech and stuff like that was ok to take, even thou they're are classified as diuretics. Thanks!!

Asparagus is supposed to have diuretic qualities. Caffeine is a also a diuretic.
