    Steak ?

    Just tryin to figure out cals for my meals


    we are havin porterhouse steak later...wat would be a good estimate for the # of cals??

    A good estimate would be one based on information like weight?
    One problem is....some of our competitors suffer from excessive build quality.

    try www.calorieking.com however my guess is a lot..porterhouse isnt exactly a lean cut

    Porterhouse steak can vary alot depending on the grade, amount of fat, which rib it comes from that kind of thing.....but a lb of porterhouse would have maybe 1000 cals, so your looking at 2000 + cals. And the reason for so many cals is because of that wonderful taste you'll experience (fat)
    One problem is....some of our competitors suffer from excessive build quality.
