Get a roasting pan. Put a rack on the bottom. Fill with about one inch of water, enough so the water is not touching the rack. Put the ribs on the rack. Cover the top of the roasting pan with aluminum foil. Put in an oven @ 250 degrees for 2 hours. Take the ribs out and flip over, recover pan. Cook another few hours. Take foil off, cover ribs in bbq sauce, and put pan under broiler for 5-10 minutes. Eat!

Yes you can. Make a rub with olive oil, crushed garlic, montreal steak spice and massage well into the ribs. Place on a baking
sheet @ 350 and cook for about 1 hour to hour and 1/2, then increase to 400 for another 1/2 hour. Of course every oven cooks differently, so watch closely, when they've turned golden, their done.
