Working out before going out
Do you guys ever find that it's friday or staturday and you're gonna go out later but you love BBing so much you cant really sacrifice one for the other so you do both?
Sometimes, after BBing, then going out, do you ever feel "run out" or your pimpness is low... from being tired or something?
If you do, what do you do to help from that happening? Caffeine?

If by "going out" you mean drinking, then read this article:
http://magazine.mindandmuscle.net/ma...ID=4&pageID=59
You will NOT recover from a workout after a night of heavy drinking on the same day due to:
a) low test
b) low GH
c) high cortisol

Maybe you're doing too much volume? If you're going out, why not do a low volume workout. That should leave you pumped and with plenty of energy.

I think it will kinda of relax you and make you more laid back. Almost not care too much about things...just go with the flow.

Definatly my perspective. I feel totally relaxed and clear-minded after a workout. I feel this is the perfect time to go out on a date.

That article always ruins peoples fun, but it's important to understand the effects of alcohol on your body.
Nothing wrong with getting tore up now and again though.
