well i think your question is Do you know anything that is a diet pill i guess you mean for fat loss and a muscle builder wich there is no souch thing that does not over stimulate or stimulate at all

You could try a non stumulating fat burner like Syntrax's Guggulbolic. It does not "pump the heart" and can aid in fat loss, along with a low calorie diet and cardio(walking, runinng,bike riding ect). To build muscle while dieting you should include lifting weights.
