From what i see, the Rugby players have the best bodies in sports, better then the best bodies of the nfl. they have massive legs of soccer players and great upper bodies. But the sport doesnt seem to be popular in the u.s.

From what I've seen, it depends on the position. Some of those guys are pretty big, though. (no homo)

edit: pic didn't work but do a search for Michael Pittman. He was a running back for the Bucs and has HUGE arms.
There are big guys in rugby, but there are smaller guys too. There are huge, ripped guys in the NFL, but there are also the fatass offensive tackles and guys like that. It just comes down to the position and the player.Last edited by ohsnap; 07-04-2007 at 08:14 AM.

you need a hell of a lot of endurance for rugby, 40 minute halves and very little if any substitutions
this thread is gonna turn into another rugby vs football thread =/

NFL fatties can still pwn
^^^ how many guys in rugby are 215+lbs, can still manuever around guys in pads/helmets, and can also run probably faster than most rugby players that arent wearing pads?
^ you want to talk about thick legs? you mjusta never heard of barry sanders, one of the greatest runningbacks ever.
oh..and Kiwi_fella...most of the greatest runningbacks are 3-4 inches around my height..so suck one.United States Army

Rugby fans can say all they want..the whole..RUGBY IS TOUGHER! BLAH BLAH BLAH
rugby is playing backyard football..thats off season, middle school, high school ****. we do that all the time.
and also, maybe rugby is tougher, but injuries are much higher probably. and the more your injured the less your having fun. Sports should be fun and skilled. thats football.
also rugby palyers wear gay collared shirts and striped ****ing stockings...panzies.United States Army

your ****ing sig says 'who doesn't want to kick someones ass'? which implies injuring someone, you ****wit

whatever..lets stop the arguing.
we can just say both have great bodies, but its very dumb to say either or neither have the BEST BODIES in any sport.
I must say i like New Zealand though, and their Haka(is that right?) that ****s pumpin.
but I like football because of the spectacular stuff you can accomplish, all the highlights of rugby are jsut like hardcore tackles, football higlights your seeing some very amazing stuff.
