Help me out guys, my dad is wanting to get back into some lifting and just overall getting back into shape. I told him that getting on a natural test booster could benefit him. But which one would you guys suggest. I know there are alot of test boosters out there. My Dad is 52. Your suggestions/advice is greatly appreciated.

You need to do a little research on this before you jump into something because there are numorous way to boost test. Just doing multijoint lifts will elevate testosterone levels eg. squats. Diet and other factors play a part in this too. As for products that work, they fall into two catagories. One kind will increase testosterone by stimulating the body's own production mechanisms. These products will typically contain tribulus. The other kind of product will block estrogen production. Novedex, is one such product that blocks estrogen. Another product, 6-OXO, destroys the enzyme used to make estrogen.
I use a combination of a Tribulus product and 6-OXO. I started body building at the age of 48 so I don't see spectacular results but I feel the combination is working for me in that I am getting better results than when I wasn't using anything.

Hence the reason why I say "if his levels are low". This means shutdown has already occurred, but at 52 it will probably be about half it was in his 20's as statistics suggest, so supplementing will be effective in this case most likely. Obviously a doc visit is required to be sure to what extent.
