If that stands for you body wieght your goals are wack if you expect to get that big. BULK until your 270+ then start cutting and take steroids and any other suplements you can afford. Get reborn with his genetics would also help.

the ROck has a great body but He's been working out since he was in highschool
but his strength just isn't that impressive
I guess he's only in it to keep in relative shape but his size just seems to imply that he'd be a great deal stronger then he is
then again I also saw a show where he said he based his training around Olympic Lifts (none of wich were mentioned in that article) and plyo type work
so this info is about as useful as you'd expect a bodybuilding magazine's info
who the hell knows how he actually trains

Honestly all the weights in that workout program sound very conservative for a guy of his size. He is almost deffinatly using more weight than that workout program suggests. Remember this is a guy who was supposed to be a pro football player. He played D1 at University of Miami and was one of their top players untill suffering a serious back injury in college which took him out of the running for the pros. I dont know if you guys have ever seen the amount of weight D1 college football players can move around in the gym but to describe it with one word "amazing". The rock is deffinatly stronger than this workout program would suggest.

This....^^^^
Dwayne played D1 college football at one of the biggest programs in the ncaa...The U. He played with the likes of Russel Maryland, Warren Sapp ans I do believe that Ray Lewis was HIS backup...though I could be wrong about that part. Had he not gotten hurt he probably would have went to the NFL.
Face it...just doing his routiine won't make you big. He has a tremendous strength base that most would kill to have...plus he's Somoan...they ain't small people to begin with.OG
