I am very very addicted to soda, I drink plenty of water threwout my day, But come lunch or dinner time the soda is in my belly. I realize that soda isn't very good at all for a healthy diet. It's just water taste so damn plain! I need some taste! got any idea's other than the soda beverages? and is anybody else addicted to soda or use to be? Need to loose this habit fast!

get used to the taste of water! its the only way
belive it or not, but if you eat nothing but healthy foods 24/7 your tastes WILL change, hell a year ago, i hated oats, broccoli, cottage cheese, plain fat-free yoghurt, now i absolutly love them, and cant get enough!
its not like in the caveman days, they would starve because they didnt like the taste, their tastes were different because they havent been altered by all the processed junk we are used to
so maybe use crystal light as suggested (i assume its sugar-free cordial, we dont have it in my country!) a couple of diet drinks if you need it, but try and just drink water, and eat lots of healthy foods, get used to it, you will have to if you want to continue to live a healthy life
like anything, it takes time!

i used to drink dr pepper like it was gona be gone tomarrow. i havt drank anything but water and ice tea in the last week. you can do it. just dont drink it. if u have to drink diet i did that for awile and i hated it so i just swithed to water.11-8-04 298lbs <-1st time i steped on scale. 2 weeks into diet.

I can't stand soda.
