    Derek, What do you think of my routine???

    ok, I have been changing up my workouts every 6-12 weeks for the last year and I think I have found I good routine that will work....Tell me what yall think, whats good? Whats bad? what would you change?? So here it is:

    Note: the slash between the exercises means i alternate between those exercises from week to week...also I am always changing up the reps and sets from week to week so thats why I didnt bother giving those.

    MONDAY: Quads, Calves, Abs, Cardio
    Squats
    Leg Extensions
    Front Squats/Barbell Lunges/Leg Press/Hack Squats
    Wall Sits
    Standing Calf Raises
    Seated Calf Raises
    Cable Crunches
    Hanging Leg Raises
    Treadmill (5 minutes)
    Elyptical (5 minutes)
    Jump Rope (5 minutes)

    TUESDAY: Chest, Triceps, Neck, Cardio
    BB Bench/DB Bench
    BB Incline/DB Incline
    BB Decline/Chest Dips/Cable Cross-overs
    DB Flyes/Cable Flyes/Pec Dec
    Close Grip BB Press/CG DB Press
    Overhead Extensions/One-hand Extensions
    Tricep Pushdown
    BB Skullcrushers/DB Skullcrushers
    Neck Curls
    Neck Extensions
