ok, I have been changing up my workouts every 6-12 weeks for the last year and I think I have found I good routine that will work....Tell me what yall think, whats good? Whats bad? what would you change?? So here it is:
Note: the slash between the exercises means i alternate between those exercises from week to week...also I am always changing up the reps and sets from week to week so thats why I didnt bother giving those.
