Hi everybody. I've been working out since i got my cast on in June out of pure boredom and i've fallin in love with it. I've been working on a 5 day schedule. These are pics from this week which is week 20 of my workout. I don't really know how to pose so I just took some different shots. Sorry if the lighting is bad. I don't really know what else to put so if you want to know something just ask me. Please tell me what you think and if i should work on anything else.

Age: just turned 16 sept 26

Anyways I believe that you are doing a great job! I think you should do a little cardio to fix tose thighs and to do some leg presses to make your legs a bit more muscular. Everything else though is great and yes some of your muscles are bigger then other people on this board...except for me of course

blondebrain if you want a proper critique i would advise against posting in the teen section, try the members photos
but yeah the physique is still feminine whilst still carrying some mass so thats good. i guess a little more shoulder dpeneds on what u really want to achieve

Well thanks for the comments. to answer some of your ?'s...I had to get foot surgery so i was only doin upperbody stuff for a few weeks. I use 15 lb dumbells. And i really dont like my thighs. they are really big and muscualr actually from gymnastics i guess you can't tell much from the photos.
