When I took it I got rather sick. (Anabolic Dump style)

I've been on it for almost 2 weeks. The 1st week kept me on the ****ter...I had very anabolic dumps

The dumps have subsided and the pumps are quite nice. I'm noticing some fat loss and muscle hardness/fullness. My strength has gone up a little. So far, I'm pleased.

Well, my thoughts are the exact opposite. Personally it was the worst supplement I have ever taken. In fact it was the first supplement I've ever thrown in the garbage. The first week was interesting in that I was going to the bathroom a bit more but nothing that was disrupting my life. I went from 1x a day to 3x a day. The second week however, was horrible it disrupted my life and ruined many a night out. Cramping and that horrible "holy sh*t" where is the b-room feeling.
The other things I noticed and it can all be explained with one reason:
body not absorbing nutrients efficiently due to diarrhea
1-decrease in strength
2-joints hurt(after 2days off knees felt so much better)
3-decr in bodyweight(I've gained back 4lbs in 2 days of going off it-I look solid again)
I know this is gonna start the attacks but hey its an honest opinion, and I'm not the only one that didn't like it; hence the nickname "anabolic dump"

AP didnt do much for me. increased my appetite a little bit. i took 2 bottles worth. i felt like i gained fat while taking it

It is by far the BEST supp I have tried. It took me a couple weeks to get my carb intake right but after that it has been great in every way = pumps, strength, etc. I decided to stack it with RPM pre workout and carb slam post workout along with my regular protein shakes and I have dropped a good amount of body fat since. I know all supps don't work for everybody but this one has been great for me to this point and it is not imagined. I have not had the stomach issues others have had and am thankful for that. Oh, I forgot to mention that I added hydroxycut hardcore as well and really like it over the others I've tried. I think I've found the stack that works for me hopefully. I am looking forward to trying p-slin when it's available.

i tried my regular diet and i saw no results beyond what is ordinary for me
i tried high carbs and i just got fat
i tried low carbs and nothing happened

That's usually how it goes with supplements.

I didn't get much with one cap dosing. 2 caps appear to be a lot better in my experience. Never got much in terms of fat loss or phenominal pumps but it has helped with damage control.
