Hey ZMA got recemmended to one of my friends last year. The kid told him you're going to have some crazy realistic dreams though. Of course he didn't believe him and sure enough he did. Now he recemmended it to me and I'm thinking he's crazy. Last night sure enough I had a dream that featured some gorgeous girl that was hitting on me. Then out of no where she has a beard. Plus she's plucking it right in front of me. Plus, this has to be the most vivid dream I've had, I generally know when I'm dreaming, not this time. Just curious if anyone else has had these experiences?

Let me add that I heard that it is the vitamin B-6 in the ZMA that gives you the vivid dreams.

sometimes i cant sleep after i took zma, i always have to get some food after taking zma to fall asleep. But zma makes me talk in my sleep

I started using ZMA a week and a half ago and I have definitely been experiencing more vivid dreams. I hadn't heard about this beforehand so it wasn't a "power of suggestion" reaction.

I take ZMA nightime and OMG, I dream of the craziest **** ever!!
I was snowbaording (i never snowboarded in my life) and i was actually able to feel the cold air, doing tricks and all different stuff with people i used to hang out with yrs ago that i no longer talk to now for at least 2 yrs.
I notice if you dont have calcium, i.e. milk, before bed when you take the ZMA, they just get nuttier and nuttier. I love to dream but these are out of control. Almost like you need to skip a day or two just until you try and figure out WTF!
If you like to dream, try a couple......you will be amazed!!!

Dreams refresh the brain. They are good. You should naturally have them every night reguardless if you take that supplement or not.
