You know... since Derek and Layne are both competiting as naturals, perhaps they have more insight or information about who owns this title. On another plus side, it can give me something to shoot for as well(comp time at least). The older(more mature/experienced) bb-ers almost ALWAYS say their conditioning is way off on their first outing. Now, i don't want that happening to me cos' i'm wlling to do my homework!

I think that Skip is usually referred to as Drug Free. I personally don't know what the difference between drug free and natural is, but I guess it has to do with different promotions.
Also out of all of the people Layne listed, the only one I have seen is Rob Hope, and he is amazing. He who argues for his limitations gets to keep them.

Do you hear alot of rumors on you juicing Layne?
This ISNT a rip but I dont think you have a look that would be unattainable naturally.....I mean you do lose a good deal of mass when you go down to competitive bodyfat levels...or it seems that way from the pics ive seen.
AGAIN NOT BASHING LAYNE HE IS AN AMAZING BBer WHO IS VERY GENEROUS WITH HIS TIME/KNOWLEDGE.

Yeah I think what a lot of people don't realize is how much fat mass we have even when we think we are lean. Fat does help create the illusion of you being bigger especially while in clothes. I'm not sure what pics you are referring to where he doesn't look big but if you are comparing them to the newer bulk pics he put up you have to realize he has also again put on some new muscle.
